Partnering with business leaders, hiring managers, and recruiters, to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
Identifying and assessing a diverse candidate pool; providing regular updates to recruiting partners and hiring managers.
Utilizing multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, including our ATS and third-party products e.g. LinkedIn
Conducting thorough candidate phone screens to assess both a technical baseline as well as the ability to be successful in the Tesla environment
Tracking candidate progress in our ATS and providing regular reporting to hiring managers
Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
2+ years recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
Minimum BS/BA or equivalent in relevant work experience is required
Working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and employment market trends
Working knowledge of common visa categories and their application (TN, H1-B, E3 etc.) is preferred
Experience working with Taleo and Workday is preferred
Evidence of exceptional ability
