Responsible for the design and development of programs and policies to support the field sales function. Participates with other business and consumer leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives. Establishes practices and programs to analyze and report sales data. Responsible for developing long-term sales process strategy. Evaluates and implements improvements to sales programs and processes including; lead creation, lead management, account management and prioritization, closing strategies, and pipeline management. Manages sales automation, tools and reporting programs. Incumbents may have responsibility for one or more sales support functions including forecasting and order administration. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs and people.
Provide subject matter expertise for Dealer and COR Channel Programs.Advocate for the Branded Channel strategy and performance across organizations and programs.Provide guidance and direction on channel-impacting programs, initiatives, and strategies from across the companyPartner to Sprint organizations impacting the Branded Channels, influencing and driving key initiatives and programs including CX, eSPS, Merchandising, Marketing, Training, Inventory, Systems, and Serice and Repair.Program influence, direction and decisions; with strategic development of corresponding KPI maintenance and improvementsManages the Sprint Select Conversion schedule of Indirect locations implementing Company owned systems and processes. Also facilitates implementation of the store conversion activity across the organization.Manages the Affiliates program (Shentel and Swiftel relationships).
Bachelor's degree and ten years related work experience or fourteen years related work experience post high schoolTen years of progressive management or leadership experienceFive years of experience in establishing and directing strategic plans and objectivesThree years experience executing Sales programs and quotasThree years project management experience
