Reporting Directly to VP FP&A; dotted line into the Pricing CoE
Custodian of company-approved MPF and off-invoice rebate design elements with directly responsibility to ensure these contracts comply with corporate design stipulations. Partners with Corporate Pricing Team to improve off-invoice discount strategies and drive business results.
Manages financial risks, financial planning and forecasting for MPF terms, new customer contracts, rebate agreements, customer pricing and other terms that impact price/margin.
Maintains and compiles data for monthly operating reviews and quarterly Executive Committee meetings. Prepares/presents off-invoice discount analysis for annual budget and all forecasting.
Execute monthly commission/rep payments.
Lead Commercial Finance aspects of the Financial close and forecasting process within the segments and at the corporate level including:
Payment Terms analytics
Gross to Net sales analysis
Variance analysis of key margin dilution elements (rebates, chargebacks, MPFs, etc)
Ability to understand, interpret and participate in the creation and execution of complex multi-tiered commercial contract agreements and their financial impact. Partner with global business teams during contract negotiations to lead all financial analysis and pricing decisions during negotiations.
Ability to work cross functionally with Commercial Business Leaders, Customer Service Representatives, Finance, and Information Technology departments to provide and implement processes and procedures improvements to maximize the capture of price in our contracts across global business segments.
5 years pricing or strategic financial analysis
Bachelor's degree required
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be an independent, self-motivated individual who works well under pressure with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Requires excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills and must be detail oriented.
Expertise and love of auditable financial modeling and setting up automated processes to increase effectiveness.
Strong written & verbal communication skills (including e-mail and phone communications)
Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-business teams to deploy global strategies.
