This role supports ZapLabs the innovative technology hub within Realogy Holdings Corp., a leader in global real estate.

Zap is the technology platform and is an end-to-end system with state-of-the-art tools for real estate consumers, agents and brokers.  This role will deliver training and engage clients in adopting and increasing utilization, directly impacting the bottom line.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver product training programs via webinar, in-person consulting and live local or national events to both large and small audiences

  • Cultivate and build strong client relationships across an assigned region of business, through consulting and training initiatives.

  • Leverage company resources to effectively service brokers and establish sound engagement strategies for optimal performance.

  • Demonstrate and deliver a strong understanding of the eZAP tool, systems, initiatives and resources to communicate and engage clients on the ZAP program, including future enhancements.

  • Consult and advise on goal setting with measurable results to improve client performance.

  • Coordinate efforts with Brand Ambassadors, Zap Specialist, Brokerage Leadership and other members of the Realogy Center of Excellence team (COE) to promote product awareness.

 

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA Preferred

  • 5 plus years’ experience in facilitating and delivering training, with a Technology focus desired.

  • Good knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and training methodologies.

  • Stellar delivery and consulting skills required.

  • Strong relationship skills and time management skills a must.

  • Travel up to 70% (overnights required)
