The Data Production Associate works in our Ad Processing department keeping track of commercials that air on TV. This role primarily focuses on nightly national and regional ad production. Primary duties include watching, analyzing, reconciling and preparing ad airings data using proprietary commercial recognition software. Precise attention to detail, the ability to maintain focus for prolonged periods of time, and the ability to master subtle variations in advertisements are imperative for success.
Completing nightly national ad production on assigned networks
Review and analyze ads airing in TVBE coverage; verify repeat ads; record notable differences between ads
Apply ad methodology to classify ads by type
Accurately complete captioning for new ads as they are added to our database
Ability to quickly learn & apply ad methodology to classify ads by type
Knowledge of marketing, advertising or market research a plus
Candidates should bring a positive attitude and be capable of delivering tangible results in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills; must have knowledge of Email and navigating Windows OS, as well as have the ability to master new software quickly
Possess excellent analytical skills, highly organized, and focused
Strong interpersonal skills required
Multi-tasking ability among various software platforms
Reliability and punctuality is critical
- Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8:30pm - 3am; Saturday 7:30pm - 2am
- Must be flexible, as shifts may be extended until 4am per business needs
