Education and Experience
The knowledge, skills, and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of an Associate’s Degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant school. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license for Indiana is required. No previous experience is required.

Must be a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant and hold an IN state license or license eligible.
