The Dematic Sprocket team is expanding our customer service department and is looking for candidates in our beautiful Bigfork Montana office located on the Flathead River. Dematic Sprocket is an industry leading CMMS/EAM software platform used worldwide by universities, hospitals, governments, manufacturing companies, logistics companies, and more. The product leverages Microsoft hosting and development platforms with extensive C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL and Python. The appropriate candidate will receive hands-on experience working with these tools and will substantially increase their skillsets.

In this position, the selected candidate will: field support calls, develop solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and Python, diagnose and research data issues in SQL Server, and continue to grow our knowledge base documentation.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide support for end users of the Sprocket Web and Mobile applications.

  • Answer incoming software support phone calls, email and chat communications.

  • Find or develop solutions to issues reported by end users.

  • Advocate for the customer, reporting issues concerns or recommended improvements internally.

  • Add to our knowledge base by creating and enhancing product documentation.

  • Deliver web-based training courses on basic system functionality to end users.

  • Assist in updating training course materials and website training content.

  • Actively participate in software product testing.

 

Qualifications:


  • B.A. or B.S. degree preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.

  • Customer service experience is a plus.

  • Database knowledge is a plus.

  • Ability to have fun!
