Human Resources Coordinator & Receptionist
Responsible for answering and placing telephone calls, operating company switchboard and notifying appropriate parties of arriving calls, customers or visitors
Greet visitors, vendors, job applicants and other parties in a courteous, friendly and timely manner
Responsible for visitor sign-ins as well as visitor tag distribution
Maintain lobby, reception and refrigerator area tidy. Maintain supplies in kitchens and supply area
Sort and route mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery to appropriate party
Maintain conference room calendar as well as arranging rooms in all conference rooms when needed
Contact and ensure repair service for facilities are completed in a timely manner. Direct issues or problems to appropriate party for resolutions
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
Coordinate employee recognition gift ordering
Assign learning assignments in Cornerstone system
Assign job descriptions
Scanning of personnel files into electronic filing system
Assist talent acquisition team with preparing offer letters and new hire packets
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required; Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources preferred
Minimum one year of experience serving in an HR support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to communicate to different levels of management
Must possess a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential information
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite: experience with HRIS system strongly preferred (Cornerstone highly preferred)
