The Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare is a national nonprofit leading the movement to bring compassion to every patient-caregiver interaction. Research shows that when caregivers are compassionate, patients do better and are more satisfied. Caregivers find greater meaning in their work, experiencing less stress and burnout. More than 440 healthcare organizations in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand and Australia are Schwartz Center members, in addition to 150 sites in the U.K. and Ireland that conduct our Schwartz Rounds program. Together, we are helping more than 265,000 healthcare professionals provide compassionate care to millions of patients. Our operational budget is funded 86% by philanthropy, with funds coming from individual, corporate and foundation donors. We are expanding our fundraising out of New England and have grown to nearly 30,000 records in our Raisers Edge database.
You love fundraising database work, Raisers Edge (RE), Salesforce and working in a dynamic team. You see opportunities for improving how we enter our donations.
