The Director of Financial Wellness, Individual Product will be responsible for supporting the deployment and adoption strategies for Financial Wellness capabilities within Prudential Retirement. It is required that the candidate possess strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure that all stakeholders within Retirement and across the enterprise are aligned around a common set of activities to successfully meet initiative deliverables and goals.
This role will be responsible for partnering with WSG Financial Wellness and Customer Office teams to ensure that launch plans are appropriate for Retirement customers and used efficiently to hit key milestones. As such this role would be expected to influence Financial Wellness development priorities and roadmaps in partnership with all business stakeholders. The candidate in this role must also leverage sound business knowledge and judgment to best determine how to resolve risks and issues that develop throughout the project life-cycle.
This role will also be responsible for ensuring that the way we bring financial wellness to the market will drive optimal results, to ensure that our marketing and messaging strategies align with our financial wellness goals and objectives. In addition, this role will be responsible to ensure optimal participant service delivery of the various Financial Wellness capabilities and integrated appropriately with traditional core Retirement participant service model and capabilities.
As such, it is critical that the candidate in this role have an excellent understanding of the market and the audiences we serve to ensure that our delivery approach will deliver maximum results. This would include designing strategies on how we pilot solutions with clients and intermediaries, as well as how we engage with individuals on an ongoing basis. As we continue to evolve our financial wellness offering, it will be expected that the candidate leverages learning's from pilots and client engagement to drive the creation of better solutions and engagement models to drive further penetration of financial wellness capabilities
