Human Resources Manager partnering with assigned publishing client group to implement and oversee HR policies, procedures, and practices within the US. Areas of primary focus include: employee relations, performance management, coordination and support of variable compensation program(s) and HR legal compliance and Change Management. Provide strategic input to the design and development of HR initiatives that support both global and local business objectives.
