  • Work independently and as a team member on challenging lab projects. 

  • Provide technical support, perform research, collect data and report on adhesive and dispensing equipment performance in manufacturing processes and environments. 

  • Troubleshoot, perform failure analysis and research competing products and equipment. 

  • Technical liaison with our customers, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and R&D. 

  • Assist in the sales process by providing technical training, engineering support and identify new product development opportunities. 

  • You will have the opportunity to work with customers visiting the facility as a testing engineer. 

  • You will gain experience in manufacturing, statistical analysis, and project management.


  • Current undergraduate student majoring in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry with a minimum 3.2 GPA 

  • A self-starter with excellent academics. 

  • Strong leadership and technical skills. 

  • Works well in a team environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
