UPS is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide specialized and organizational support services to assist the UPS Sales team with decision tools and reports. He/she generates routine sales reports and creates various ad-hoc reports, prepares PowerPoint presentations and inputs data into sales databases.

Responsibilities and Duties                      

  • Solves business problems related to decision tools and reports
  • Develops and maintains a network of UPS contacts who can help solve problems

Knowledge and Skills

  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving, organizational and verbal/written communication skills
  • Exhibits track record of producing timely and accurate results
  • Anticipates requests and works with little supervision 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and SharePoint)
  • Minimum two years in college in Business Administration - Preferred
  • Minimum five years of Administrative Assistant experience - Preferred
  • Prior experience working in Sales Management with high-level executives - Preferred
