Primary Responsibilities


  • Perform diversified and confidential administrative duties for the Enterprise Learning, Leadership Development & Organizational Development Team, utilizing broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge of organization policies and practices.

  • Resolve routine and complex phone and email inquiries on behalf of the Enterprise Learning, Leadership Development & Organizational Development Team.

  • Handle travel arrangements, expense management and seamless scheduling as needed. Using sound judgment to “manage & own” these functions, operating independently.

  • Schedule and organize meetings including Skype/webinars/WebEx and conference calls to be hosted by principal, (i.e., booking training rooms, posting materials to SharePoint, send pre-reads to participants) as required.

  • Support the Enterprise Learning, Leadership Development & Organizational Development Team with department management process, such as meeting coordination, distribution of materials, meeting invitations.

  • Publish and maintain evolving organization chart.

  • Maintain and coordinate department distribution lists.

  • Perform PeopleSoft/Work Day reporting.

  • Engage with and develop a personal network across Cigna with other administrative assistants, fully understanding their functional areas of support.

  • Responsible for serving as the back-up for the Talent Management facilities

Qualifications


  • Candidate should have a minimum of 5 or more years of progressively administrative and senior assistant experience.

  • Associate’s degree in a related field, highly preferred

  • Familiarity with Enterprise Learning, Leadership Development & Organizational Development Team preferred
