We are currently seeking a Marketing Applications Analyst to be part of our highly productive and energized team which administers, develops, and supports a suite of Marketing applications. If you have at last 2 years of experience working as a software analyst or developer supporting or building commercial-grade applications, and enjoy interacting with business users and solving problems, then this is a great opportunity for you.

This technically savvy, analytical, customer service-oriented individual will work closely with other members of the Global Information Systems and Marketing teams to provide solutions using various platforms. The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of applying the right amount of system changes to solve critical business problems in a fast paced environment and will feed off of the interactions with power users, while being trusted to make recommendations and implement system changes to best accommodate our global teams and long-term growth.

Main Objective:

Marketing business application configuration, release management, and support in a manufacturing environment

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a knowledge expert in a suite of Marketing enterprise applications

  • Provides application support and advanced triage and troubleshooting

  • Oversight and/or Expertise in application configuration

  • Participates in gathering user/customer requirements

  • Ability to train users on enterprise marketing systems

  • Maintain documentation and change control

  • Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies

  • Participate in writing specifications for programming projects

Education and Experience:


  • At least two years experience in at least one of the following (two or more preferred):


    1. Relational database applications, SQL experience preferred

    2. Business Requirement gathering and documentation

    3. Configuration Management for complex platforms

    4. Marketing workflows and collateral management



  • Bachelors Degree required.  Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (Medical Device industry or Marketing experience a plus)

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:


  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

  • Ability to communicate and negotiate technical concepts with business stakeholders
