Job Description:

Women's Gymnastics, Director of Operations
To advance the mission and values of Women's Gymnastics program by providing student-athletes with the resources necessary to compete for championships, excel in the classroom, and prepare for successful lives after graduation.

Duties include budgeting, equipment inventory, purchasing, travel arrangements, event scheduling, competition contracts, summer camps and compliance reporting.

Required Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education/job related experience, AND:

  • 18-36 months  experience in operations, office management, camp management, or collegiate gymnastics


  • Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English

  • Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines

  • Strong initiative to solve problems

  • Able to work well with interdepartmental teams and initiatives

  • Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with current and prospective students, coaches and staff members


  • Drivers license required in order to transport equipment and staff to competition sites.

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to climb, crouch, reach, stand, engage in repetitive motions, speak, hear and see including color, depth perception and clarity.

Departmental Preferences:

  • Event or sports camp planning and management helpful.

Supervision: No Supervisory Duties
