We are looking for a Process Engineer who will help lead the execution of Quality and Process Improvement projects and activities using standard PI tools such as Qualpro, MVT/DOE, Kepner Tregoe PSDM. Use Hierarchy of values (Safety, Quality, Service, Cost) in prioritizing, using plans and executing capital improvements resulting from these projects.

Specific responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:
  • Lead process design reviews, raw material qualification and product and processqualification and capability studies.
  • Performs PPA/FMEA on all major processand raw material changes.
  • Train production personnel on Statistical process Control (SPC).
  • Leads theapplication and interpretation of SPC charting
  • Train and educates personnel on company products, plant and corporate qualitypolicies and procedures; including internal and external personnel, suppliersand customers.
  • Conduct internal compliance audits of production tests, process specifications,plant change notices (PCN's) and other in-plant processes.
  • Co-ordinate Plant Trials with R&D and plant personnel.
  • Ensures trials areaccurately conducted and reported.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical)
  • A minimum of2 -5 years of demonstrated related experiencein a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of engineeringfundamentals andproficiency inMicrosoft Officeand AutoCAD.
