Location: Portland, Oregon
As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering a multi-line telephone, taking messages and greeting residents, families and other visitors. Other duties will include, but are not limited to, arranging medical transportation; billing duties; sorting mail and filing.
Qualified candidates will have experience in a position as the first point of contact of a business. Candidates will have excellent computer skills and some billing / business office experience. Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are required.
Experience in a health care setting working with seniors is preferred as well as the ability to speak a second language.
