JOB FUNCTION: Development, analysis and maintenance of Global Sales Metrics, Global Sales Reporting and respective ad-hoc reporting.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining global sales related metrics and systems to measure sales team's performance.
Develop operational dashboards and reports for sales management.
Provide assistance with calculating Global Sales Incentive Plan targets, results, and respective pay outs.
Conduct detailed and complex data analysis and make recommendations based on results.
Identify data quality/structure issues and work with IT to resolve
Performs other duties as directed.
University degree (equivalent to Bachelor's degree) in Finance, General Business, Sales or a related field plus generally two years of direct related work experience.
Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and sales performance data.
Demonstrated ability to extract, merge, manipulate and analyze data from various sources and create effective reports and dashboards.
Intermediate to advanced Excel. SQL programming experience a plus.
