Job Specific Accountabilities.

A summary of the specific skills, knowledge and behaviors of this position are: Performs general, routine maintenance and servicing operations throughout the hospital plant, Bright Beginnings, Shared Services, and rental properties on the hospital grounds

Work Conditions:

Extremely heavy phyical effort(lift/carry 50 pounds or more)/ Frequent prolonged standing or walking/ Pushes or pulls or moves or lifts heavy equipment or supplies/ Manual dexterity and mobility/ Considerable reaching, stooping, ending, kneeling, crouching     

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent  

Experience: 3 years related experience
