Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for leading all aspects of implementing and managing assigned Managed WiFi projects and serves as the main point of contact for those projects. Coordinates tasks with all stakeholders across multiple disciplines and documents those detailed tasks, durations, and task interdependencies into a cohesive project plan to ensure project goals are achieved within the stated timelines and financial budgets.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be a self-starting individual with excellent problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.

Plans, manages, and monitors Managed WiFi projects from contract signed through installation. Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects and gains consensus from stakeholders to ensure success

Establishes project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned Managed WiFi projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools

Develops project plans to set key milestones, timelines, and deliverables as well as identify resource needs and perform quality reviews specifically for Managed WiFi

Ensures project resources are held accountable for timely delivery with quality and completeness

Successfully manages the relationship and communication with internal/external customers and all stakeholders in multiple business units associated with Managed WiFi product offerings

Coordinates communication with various stakeholder groups across multiple functions and business units that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of a project associated with Managed WiFi product offerings

Identify areas of risk and opportunity, manage conflicts; and collaboratively recommend creative mutually acceptable solutions, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary

Manages expectations for the project deliverables and timelines. In addition, provides and communicates project status to customer contacts, leadership and stakeholder groups

Responsible for handling multiple Managed WiFi projects and tasks simultaneously

Tracks costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met

Performs other duties as requested

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills /Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person , on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels, both internally and externally (customers/vendors/contractors).
Ability to present and discuss technical, functional and management information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to facilitate team meetings and decision-making activities.
Demonstrated ability to resolve roadblocks in order to meet deliverables timeline
Strong ability in implementing program and project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage and quality
Strong knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
Expertise in formal project management methodologies and their implementation
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at a time with shifting priorities and needs
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Excellent critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently with minimal instructions
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications (Microsoft Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, Salesforce.com, Tableau)
SQL and VBA knowledge a plus
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data
Technical Field Operations (Residential/Enterprise) experience a plus

Education
Bachelor s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum preferred
