Job Description:

PGIM Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Compliance (“Compliance”) is responsible for ensuring that all applicable regulatory and contractual requirements are followed and for ensuring that the activities of PGIM associates are in accordance with Prudential's policies governing such areas of individual conduct as personal securities trading; gifts, travel, and entertainment; insider information; and conflicts of interest.  Compliance serves as a general resource for providing guidance on regulatory issues relating to the asset management function for PGIM Real Estate and PGIM Real Estate Finance.   Responsibilities might include:

·         Supporting the enforcement of PGIM and Prudential's internal policies including, for example, the Gift and Entertainment Policy, Personal Securities Trading Policy, Privacy Policy, Books and Records Policy and Code of Ethics Policy

·         Partnering with the business units to proactively recommend supervisory procedures and compliance policies and procedures

·         Incorporate regulatory or corporate changes into guidance for the business units and supporting the enforcement of all applicable regulatory policies applicable to the business units

·         Conducting/supporting continuing education including new hire, topic specific and annual training

·         Enhance and manage the Compliance team’s monitoring program

·         Monitor of fund guidelines (public mutual and private real estate funds)

·         Providing support for PGIM Real Estate public securities operation compliance function

·         Supporting the marketing function by reviewing marketing materials and other related materials for consistency with PGIM Real Estate or Real Estate Finance, corporate policy and regulatory requirements

 Qualifications:

·         High motivation and initiative 

·         Excellent project and time management skills 

·         Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

·         Ability to assess, investigate and interpret issues 

·         Knowledge of real estate operations and/or mutual fund compliance would be beneficial 

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred 

·         Experience with data analytics a plus.
