You are: A strategic leader with a passion for ensuring all data analytics and delivery excellence objectives are met for the Pitney Bowes Presort business. You will have responsibility for leading architecture, engineering, development, deployment and support for all analytics and database solutions and associated environments. You will also lead all cross-functional IT governance and service delivery operations across Presort back office, front office, infrastructure and associated coordination with enterprise IT areas. You will:
Develop and maintain best in class solutions for supporting Business Analytics capabilities
Ensure that Data and Analytics solutions and capabilities are aligned with Presort and Pitney Bowes enterprise business strategy and objectives
Ensure all Presort technology teams are fully aligned on their initiatives and timelines/activities/dependencies
Prepare and present executive reporting deliverables
Have responsibility of prioritization of resources and projects
Lead DevOps enabled cross-functional product oriented teams (POD's) for Data & Analytics and other cross-functional capabilities
Lead SOX and other Presort specific Audit and Compliance tasks throughout the year
Have responsibility for service delivery by leading all Presort Technology related outage resolutions, systems performance dashboards and communications etc.
Resource Demand and Capacity Planning and alignment across Business and Technology
Have responsibility for Presort Database Platform Architecture and Development supporting all business critical applications
Coordinate all analytics initiatives with enterprise IT Enterprise Information Management and Commerce Services Analytics teams
As an IT Director - Analytics & Delivery Excellence you have:
Minimum 10-12 years of experience as an IT leader with minimum of 3-5 years' experience in developing, supporting and leading analytics & database platform strategies and solutions.
Minimum of 3 years of cross-functional leadership experience IT delivery excellence, including in key capabilities such as IT governance, demand & capacity management, program and portfolio management, leading 24×7 IT operations, compliance and risk management etc. while operating in a highly matrixed environment.
Experience designing Database and Analytics solutions in highly complex technology landscape, including leadership in at least 2-3 enterprise level analytics initiatives involving very large volumes of data.
Proven leadership skills that include people and talent development, executive communications and presentation/reporting skills to senior leadership, including maintaining strong business relationships with C-level executives at Business Unit level. Ability to influence others without formal authority. Expertise and experience in DevOps, Agile, Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) areas is a plus.
