Job Description:

Strong data entry alpha/numeric
 Strong attention to detail
 Schedule/coordinate drug and health screening services requested by clients
via email, work queue or phone
 Ability to follow NON-DOT and DOT Internal, State and Federally regulated
guidelines as they pertain to drug and health screening services
 Communicate internally and externally with clients and vendors
 Liaison between clients and vendors
 Ensure prompt and accurate response to clients-specific issues
 More complex problem solving and information management tasks
 Follow up on all requests to completion keeping client informed
 Inbound and outbound calls / phone queue
 Continuous client and vendor process education
 Introduce process improvements
 Proactively keep management informed of operational concerns/opportunities
 Provide quality control over information processing tasks and
assignments/monitor workflow
 Train new hires
 SME for area assigned
 Quickly learn job specific software
 Ability to motivate teams all while promoting a positive work environment
 All other duties as assigned
Education: College degree preferred or equuivalent work experience
Experience:
 Minimum 2 years experience as a Data Coordinator II
 Demonstrate expert knowledge of the administration of Drug and Health
Screening Services;
 Expert skills with the DHS information management systems
 Analytic and Critical Thinking Skills
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge & Skill:
 Entry level for more complex support and administrative functions.
 Applies generally straightforward methods or procedures.
 Requires good knowledge, experience, and skill of standardized rules,
procedures or operations on a variety of activities requiring training and
experience.
 Is expected to work through typical or moderately complex problems but may
require occasional guidance or direction.
 May require specialized skills in administrative or technical fields
