Looking for a creative individual passionate about landscape architecture to join our site design group in our Indianapolis office. This position will provide site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical production on a variety of Healthcare and Higher Education projects. The ideal candidate will be able to do simple production in Revit as well as provide project management skills on smaller scale projects.
Ideal candidates will have experience and strong interest in therapeutic design, healing gardens, campus planning and design, site planning, and roof garden design.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create the predesign, schematic design, and design development documents as directed.
Prepares overview of final project drawings and specifications.
Prepare necessary graphics for zoning submittals and presentations.
Prepare project information sheets for marketing and business development.
Confers with clients, engineers, and architects on overall program.
Visits and analyzes the site during planning stage to verify design can be incorporated into the landscape.
Inspects construction work in progress to ensure compliance with landscape specifications, to approve quality of materials and work, and to advise client and construction personnel on landscape features.
