Job Description:

    


  • Guide and educate customer with technical recommendations on integrating and using the product

  • Introduce customer to the product and its capabilities through demo and technical Q&A

  • Translate complex use cases and apply understanding of various technology platforms and languages to prescribe the best integration strategy for the customer

  • Collaborate with customer and other technology partners/teams of Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Leads, Designers, Developers, Product Owners, Business Owner and Scrum Master to ensure successful delivery and integration of our product

  • Great troubleshooting and analytical skills

 

 

Technical Skills:


  • Hands-On with experience on end to end e-Commerce implementations covering both B2B and B2C including at least 5 implementations on Hybris 5.x/6.x

  • Experience with eCommerce implementation in agile methodology Experienced in Web technologies, CRM, WCM, CMS, ERP, ESB/SOA Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce best practices, use cases, architecture principles

  • Good Experience with backend as well as front end applications/technologies Hybris, Java8, Sprint, Hibernate, AJAX, JS, CSS3, HTML5, Struts, UML Concepts, Databases, SQL etc

  • Exposure to integration patterns / mechanism for leading e-Commerce products

  • Experience with SOAP and REST specifically, OCC API experience

  • Good Experience in Hybris Integration with other systems such as Payment, Tax, Shipping, Identity Management etc for B2B/B2C eCommerce and Channel

  • Ensures proper code is checked in; ensures that environment-specific property files are documented and checked in properly.

  • Able to lead/mentor team on technical front to resolve questions and system related queries on daily basis
