Responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and reporting data related to Engineering Operations. Produces both recurring and ad-hoc reports with the purpose of measuring progress towards goals, measuring performance against objectives, and the identification of improvement opportunities. This position is responsible for the end to end tracking of datacenter demand and asset lifecycle for Comcast. It is also responsible for the capturing, implementation, reporting and maintenance of demand data for Comcast Datacenters.

Collects, processes, and analyzes data to provide recurring and ad-hoc reports.
Partners with team members and business leaders to develop and understand metrics packages.
Partners with team members to analyze qualitative and quanitative data to for the purpose of reporting for customer, process, and other business acumen.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Knowledge of tableau, project management process, Salesforce, Filemaker Pro, Service Now, DC Tracks, Python
Preform SQL selects on multiple data bases
Adhere to all procedures and process flows related to Demand Management
Support reporting automation of demand data from exist and new sources
Work across organizations to ensure that demand data is captured
Assist with documenting requirements for improving the Asset Management processes and tools
Assist with the testing and troubleshooting of Asset Management tools, data, and processes
Perform analysis and reporting using advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and functions
Generate weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Generally requires 0-2 years related experience
