Human Resources (HR) is dedicated to partnering with each business unit to maximize the potential of our greatest asset- our Associates. We are focused on delivering quality HR services to a diverse and geographically dispersed Associate population which is in direct alignment with business strategy needs, workplace culture, and ensuring a positive associate life cycle experience.



Qualifications

We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at our corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, FL.

The HR Coordinator will assist with the delivery of core human resources services to the business. This individual must be able to responsibly and effectively manage shifting priorities and strict deadlines in a highly confidential environment.

Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator position are as follows:

  • Supports Senior HR Coordinator(s) with full employee life cycle administration to include new hires (onboarding), change requests and terminations
  • Explains and administers employment policies and practices, ensuring consistent and equitable treatment
  • Works to maintain and validate database integrity within HRIS system
  • Assists with creating and maintaining reports using Business Intelligence and also develops reports using Microsoft Excel and other data programs
  • Helps maintain and administer company paid time off programs
  • Supports Senior HR Coordinator(s) with timely and accurate processing of all personnel transactions within defined corporate and compliance standards
  • Responds to employment verifications
  • Processes garnishments and other deductions in a timely and accurate manner
  • HR record maintenance, filing, data entry, scanning and copying
  • Reviews and processes 90-day and annual performance appraisals
  • Audits and coordinates associate referral bonus payments and responds to related questions
  • Supports Senior HR Coordinator(s) with Worker’s Compensation claims and OSHA reporting
  • Helps research to ensure company is compliant with all federal, state and local employment laws
  • Responsible for annual I-9 auditing and E-Verify compliance
  • Maintains labor law poster compliance for nationwide offices
  • Assists with preparation and submission of various annual reporting efforts to include Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), EEO-1, OSHA 300s, Veterans Reporting, etc.
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Completes other duties and projects as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Ability to manage a diverse workload with shifting priorities
  • Must be multi-task oriented, have a strong attention to detail, be able to take initiative, maintain confidentiality and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical, solid decision making, and follow up skills paired with demonstrable planning, research and organizational capabilities
  • Advanced skills in the full Microsoft Office Suite (especially in Excel); the ability to manipulate data in Excel is vital to this position
  • Solid communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong relationship-building skills are required to productively interact across all levels of the organization; must be a team player on all fronts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree
  • At least five years of relevant HR experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with UltiPro and Deltek Vision preferred
  • Experience working in a multi-location, nationally based firm preferred
