Work with internal functions and partners to write, design, package and distribute quality content and materials.
Develop collateral materials including ads, brochures, fact sheets, papers, studies, videos, etc.
Support execution of the digital media strategy including website and social media.
Support the development, implementation and tracking of communication plans to support Newmont Goldcorp’s strategy and business goals.
Enhance the company’s reputation with key external partners through two-way engagement and communications.
Develop and distribute reports and research that measure reputation and awareness of the Company’s brand attributes.
Serve as Rapid Response Coordinator for Newmont Goldcorp’s crisis management system (Corporate Response Team).
Plan, coordinate and execute visibility / sponsorships for the Company at external events including conferences, expos, seminars, fairs, charity events, etc.
Lead and support the proper use of collateral assets including brand design system elements, images / videos, other graphics / visuals.
Support development and distribution of news releases or other Company announcements.
Develop presentations and speeches.
Develop messaging for use with external and internal partners.
Where necessary, organize and plan meetings and develop relevant agendas and follow up materials / project tracking.
Handle specific relationships with external contractors to develop and produce communications deliverables.
Provide training and consultation to staff on improving communications.

Training & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public affairs, marketing, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively both in quality writing and verbally, including demonstrated writing and editing skills.
Personal discretion, as work may involve sensitive and confidential information.
Relationship building and collaboration; managing relationships with multiple internal and external partners.
Resourcefulness in handling a heavy workload; comfortable utilizing or directing internal and external contacts to complete assignments under time pressure.
Organizational skills and project management; running multiple priorities under deadlines, while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
Effective computer and graphics skills including document design, presentations, report generation, and digital media understanding.
Personal initiative and self-management; delivering work products with minimal supervision.
You will office in Newmont Goldcorp's global headquarters in Greenwood Village, CO.
We may require travel for this position, to assist other domestic and international sites.
