Job Description:


Royal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and diligent Vice President of Operations to join our team.  


The VP-Operations is responsible for strategic planning, management, and execution of Royal’s Call Center and Deposit Operations departments.   Responsibilities will include accelerating department goals and providing strategic vision, accountability and direction for the Call Center and Deposit Operations in order to provide exceptional Member experiences and achieve Royal’s strategic goals.  


A successful VP- Operations will achieve call center goals, achieve Member satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals, implement impactful process improvements for the frontline, identify and evaluate new and state of the art call center with new technologies, participate in strategic planning processes and implementation of strategies, and demonstrate strong execution.


Work Schedule and Office Location:

This is a full-time, exempt level position generally working Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM with additional hours as needed.  This position will be based out of our Corporate Office in Eau Claire, WI. 

Required Skills:

If you are someone who is passionate about strategic leadership, has the talent to get things done while maintaining a positive attitude, this role may be for you!  A minimum of three years of supervisory experience and the ability to communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values are required.


Strongly Preferred Skills:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree

  •  10 years of work experience in a call center   

  •  Strategic leadership
