*THIS OPENING IS FOR A 3PM-12AM SCHEDULE MONDAY-FRIDAY*

Consonus Pharmacy in Milwaukie, Oregon and is hiring an Customer Contact Center Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position. Hours and days of the position vary and qualified candidates should be able to work day or evening shifts and some weekends.

Responsibilities:


  • Able to meet productivity requirements as outlined by supervisor
  • Answer all phone calls ensuring that security and confidentiality are maintained for all customers
  • Establish positive relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Proactive approach to customer concerns and the ability to seek assistance or escalate to
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers at all times
  • Supervisor/Manager as needed
  • Utilize all current and necessary policy and procedures
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor


Qualifications:

  • Current Pharmacy Technician Licensure required
  • Ability to multi-task numerous time sensitive calls
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work any shift in order to meet department needs
  • Computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operating system
  • Pro-Active Problem solving skills
  • Strong windows based computer skills
