Provides excellent restaurant service to Plaza members, employees, and guests in dining room, at room service and food catering delivery service, at special event service, and any activity that directly and indirectly influences a quality dining experience and guest satisfaction. Must be able to perform work with very little or no supervision.
Essential Job Functions:
Work duties may include, but are not limited to:
Greeting and seating of restaurant guests, order taking, order entries using POS system, serving of food and drink, bussing and resetting tables.
Proper handling of cash transactions, POS order entries, and proper handling of guest tickets as instructed by Dining Room Manager.
Performs cleaning, sanitation, and side work as assigned by Dining Room Manager.

Years of Experience:
A minimum of six months job experience as a server or in a similar capacity.

List Equipment, Tools, Machines and Software used for the Position:
Normally works 7.5 hours per shift, however, this may be subject to change for business or care purposes. Job may require hours that exceed 7.5 hours per day and/or 37.5 hours per week during peak periods, and for evening events.
Position requires two hand dexterity, ability to walk/stand/bend/stoop for prolonged periods; physical ability to lift/carry/push/pull/transfer up to 50 lbs.
