Hyster-Yale Group is looking for an energetic Project Manager - Business Analyst Lead who will have a positive influence on the Information Technology team. In this role, you will lead/supervise the development of effective partnerships with the business in order to provide technology solutions which deliver value-added business benefits.
The successful Project Manager - Business Analyst Lead will have the following Key Accountabilities:
Planning and Execution
Establish global priorities and implementation schedules
Insure timely delivery
Lead reviews and verify recommended solutions
Detail review of needs
Explore possible solutions
Solicit buy-in from stakeholders
Maintain existing systems
Analysis of enhancements
Recommendation for improvements
Actions approved changes
Analyst Competency Development
Support development of curriculum
Lead training sessions
HYG & Regulatory Compliance
Understand HYG requirements
Understand country related compliance to applicable to specific systems
The successful Business Analyst Lead will have the following Minimum Qualifications:
BS Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent field required.
7 years' experience, proven mastery
Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle required.
Knowledge of Business Improvement Processes required.
Project Management Methodology required.
Experience in Agile Methodology preferred.
Technical infrastructure/system exposure and understanding preferred
Business Analyst Skills - Must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and/or orally, both in one-on-one and group presentation situations.
Understanding of Audit / Compliance required.
Excellent PC skills - windows products required.
Understand Generic Business Process within field of expertise required.
Knowledge of SQL queries and basic database skills preferred.
Experience with design concepts for Mobile Apps preferred.
Experience with Salesforce, Informatica Cloud, or MDM solutions preferred.
