As our Group Sales Experience Manager, you will build memories and entertainment for families and businesses. You'll maximize revenue through the sale of  Group Tickets on all Family Shows at the Rose Quarter to Portland/Vancouver area businesses, organizations and individuals.


You will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and selling group packages to both corporations and the general public through dedicated outreach.

  • Making 70+ contacts per day via the phone, email face-to-face, and social networking. 

  • Providing memorable customer service to clients which could include existing ticket holders, prospects, and individual customers.

  • Building business plans for Rose Quarter family events. 

  • Establishing professional and positive relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Meeting and/or exceeding your pre-determined individual event and annual sales goals.

  • Maintaining complete and accurate customer records.

  • Searching for new prospects. 

  • Other tasks as assigned. 


You are qualified if:

  • You have earned a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • You have prior ticket sales experience, preferred. 

  • You demonstrate excellent communication and phone skills.

  • You are eager and willing to make numerous outbound contacts approaching these interactions with high energy and excitement. 

  • You have a professional dedication to achieving excellence in sales, demonstrate a strong desire to succeed and an eager to learn and develop. 

  • You are hardworking and have a passion for the entertainment industry. 

  • You understand, recognize and deliver outstanding customer service. 

  • You function both independently and within a team environment. 

  • You are high-energy, friendly, highly organized, and detail oriented.

  • You possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills and can prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.

  • You have strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft office applications and experience using inventory management or CRM software.

  • You have the ability to work a flexible schedule when required, including evenings and weekends.
