Job Description:

Responsible for managing a wide variety of packaging art development, STK onboarding, data, and miscellaneous projects through defined processes. Includes project set up within project management systems, working cross-functionally to gather project requirements and contacts, and leading/overseeing projects to completion. Responsible for clearly communicating requirements to internal and external graphic designers, printability partners, regulatory compliance partners, supply chain partners, internal and external customers, and prepress and print vendors. Responsible for knowing and communicating overall project status and timing via use of multiple systems. Will demonstrate strong project management and system skills, excel in time management, have strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate excellent people/interpersonal skills, and show strong attention to detail while positively representing the Product Information & Systems Management team throughout the company.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for knowing and communicating overall project status and timing via use of multiple systems.

  • Will demonstrate strong project management and system skills, excel in time management, have strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate excellent people/interpersonal skills, and show strong attention to detail while positively representing the Product Information & Systems Management team throughout the company.

  • Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.

What you need to succeed:


  • Bachelors in Project Management, Account Management or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Customer Service

  • Knowledge of graphic arts, product labeling, prepress and printing a plus.

  • Must have a high attention to detail, and consistent level of high accuracy. 

  • Understands the importance of small details and takes the time to ensure accuracy. 

  • Understands making one small change can impact many other systems, processes, etc.

  • Applies strong investigative skills and uses data to address systemic and root cause issues.

  • Is proactive and able to identify and address issues early. Is responsive and accountable when problems arise.

  • Ability to make decisions with limited direction from others.

  • Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Must have technical skills to master project management software and the other internal Product Lifecycle Management systems

  • Can clearly demonstrate strong project management and time management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage/lead multiple projects and deadlines at one time

  • Can clearly provide accurate direction to process performers in the art development process, and provide key stakeholders with project status and timing information

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills in order to build relationships across the organization and with customers and suppliers

  • Must be self-directed and possess the ability to complete tasks with limited direction. Must be able to work independently and on teams.

  • Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service skills a must.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and exude high-energy in a fun team environment required.
