Job Description:

Our ideal Service Tech thrives on analyzing and solving problems.  You'll repair basic burglar, fire and CCTV systems and test to ensure proper functionality.  Another important aspect of this job is filling out and returning paperwork.  Driving is a big component of the job, so we're looking for techs who enjoy the open road.  Career progression is important to us at Vector, so expect to be challenged and learn new things on a daily basis!  You'll be working closely with both internal and external customers, so excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary to be successful in this position.

Main Resposibilities:


  • Examine systems to locate problems. 

  • Test all features in order to ensure proper functioning and to diagnose malfunctions. 

  • Repair security systems, devices or related equipment. 

  • Test operation of all components to the Central Station to properly estalish service.
