Job Description: The ideal individual will have Full-Cycle Staff Accountant experience and be self-motivated. This individual is able to handle things quickly and accurately.


  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports

  • Secure financial information by completing database backups

  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions

  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results

  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule

Job Requirements:

  • Experience and understanding of bank reconciliations

  • General ledger & Journal Entries experience

  • Good organization and detail-orientated skills are also essential

  • Quick-books proficiency

  • Full charge bookkeeping

  • Reporting skills

  • Deadline-oriented

  • Time Management

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to listen to directions

  • Able Prioritize and multi-task

Physical Demands:

  • Sit for long periods of time.

  • Mainly work indoors.

Education and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years previous experience in Accounting

  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

  • Experience with QuickBooks

  • Detail and Deadline-oriented

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in Automotive & Buy Here/Pay Here preferred
