Sales Implementations Project Manager, Identity & Fraud

This position will report directly to the Vice President of Identity and Fraud Consulting.  The Identity and Fraud Consulting team is accountable for driving revenue growth through a consultative selling approach in partnership with the assigned Equifax Relationship Managers for specific accounts.


  • Coordinate solution development, fulfillment and delivery (including operational execution) across the IFS portfolio of products

  • Act as a sales team liaison with Operations, Fulfillment, IT, Product Management and NPI personnel at Equifax

  • Act as the overall program/project manager for revenue generating customer work streams (project lead pre-sale to post-sale, keeping execution on track and coordinating solution fulfillment and operational execution)

  • Assist in the management of pricing, contracting and other implementation approval processes across Equifax and the customer

  • Partner closely with the VP of IFS Consulting in order to actively manage the prioritization of Data & Analytics projects and IT Delivery in order to optimize revenue and client satisfaction

What makes you a good fit for this role?

  • 7-10 years of professional experience working with cross-functional teams and/or projects

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • Success will be defined by your ability to enable and accelerate revenue growth, transform how we execute, and drive customer expectations

  • Functional experience in Product, Technology, and/or Transformation

  • Strong PC skills including knowledge of project management tools and processes

  • Proven project management experience with an innate ability to effectively work between IFS team and operations to achieve goals and objectives

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to design strategies in alignment with team goals

  • Proven experience providing solution support and project support to an experienced sales team

  • Experience developing detailed project plans for solution deployment, to meet organizational & customer objectives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders

  • Ability to transfer knowledge within and outside the Company

  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations for maximum impact

  • Demonstrated understanding of key skills/solutions/tools in each Equifax BU/COE

  • PMP and LEAN certification preferred

  • Experience providing project management for a sales organization within identity or fraud solutions


Ideal location in Atlanta, GA but open to considering candidates in other locations as a remote opportunity


  • 10% travel to various locations across the United States is required

  • Candidates outside of Atlanta must be open to travel with access to a home/remote worksite when not on the road
