Job Roles/Responsibilities

An Executive Account Manager is responsible for supporting our largest revenue-producing clients

-Acts as main point of contact for sites and takes ownership

-Supporting our clients technical needs including working with Analysts Programming Vendors and Payers as the main point of contact for all products services and support 

-Accepts the responsibility to meet clients’ expectations when solving challenging issues and time constraints


 
Essential Duties

-Respond to all clients questions/concerns via email ACD System, fax or other alternative methods in a timely manner; logging all calls appropriately         

-Train new/existing clients on their website new products reports remits secondary claims,socc rejections setting up new users and best practices         

-Scheduling site visits with clients to build the business relationship, analyze the work flow of the client selling new products and offer continuing education of website and products         

-Identify client needs and sell additional products to clients as needed         

-Research current and identify potential problems related to the products and services

-Identifying issues researching problems and using the task system to create and follow the progress of resolution of the issue at hand         

-Follow up on outstanding issues in a timely and organized manner          

-Participates as a vital member of the business units and other committees to represent clients interests


 
Must Have Skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office         

-Excellent oral and written communication skills         

-Strong customer service skills         

-Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving skills above average         

-Ability to multi task excellent organizational skills attentive and active listening         

-Ability to work independently or in a team environment         

-Ability to be flexible in all areas         

-Ability to lead conference call with client and upper management         

-Ability to attend and participate in conferences returning with written documentation of what was learned (MGMA HBMA) etc


 
Desired Skills

-Formats including ANSI Print Image NSF PPI and others used for electronic healthcare transactions         


-Internal systems GEDI FoxPro DOS Test System 

-Understanding of health insurance and payment system         

-Roles and basic functions of the billing office
