JOB TITLE: PEDIATRIC CLINIC MANAGER
Full-Time/ Exempt Status
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The primary responsibilities of the Clinic Market Manager include direct oversight, leadership and general management of the clinic operations including financial performance, and budget. Includes strategic relations with hospitals, division, and key providers.
SUPERVISOR: Hospital Administrator over the pediatric service line at each hospital
SUPERVISES: Responsible for all pediatric hospital-based outpatient clinic locations within the Utah market (locations are at Timpanogos Regional Hospital, Lone Peak Hospital, and Ogden Regional Medical Center). Directly supervisors staff at the clinic locations and ensures consistent workflow across sites.

TRAVEL: This position requires travel between clinic locations with weekly onsite presence at each location (Ogden Regional Medical Center in Ogden, Lone Peak Hospital in Draper, and Timpanogos Hospital in Orem)
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in health or business administration or equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
Effective working knowledge of healthcare financial management, specifically medical practice accounting, third party reimbursement issues, patient flow and facilities management.
Strongly Preferred Five to seven years work and supervisory experience in practice/clinic management of multiple locations.
