You will:

  • Integrate data from multiple sources and supports/performs complex statistical data analysis to find root causes/opportunities

  • Support retrospective outcomes research and analysis by designing and monitoring quasi-experimental and other study designs for prototype and eventual operational model development and support

  • Identify, acquire and manage data from various data stores using various tools such as SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Tableau, SAS, R and/or Python

  • Create publication-quality graphical and narrative representations of outcomes analysis performed using Tableau

  • Presents data to drive and convey clinical performance of the organization for product development and improvement


  • 4+ years’ experience within the healthcare industry with working knowledge of healthcare systems and terminology

  • Expert in analyzing large complex, multi-dimensional data sets with a variety of tools 

  • Strong financial analysis skills

  • Practical experience with data processing, database programming and data analytics

  • Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis

  • Ability to create SQL queries to pull and manipulate detail level data from a variety of supporting data tables for analytic research and investigation

  • Tableau experience a plus
