Shionogi is looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized and dynamic team member to join their Human Resources (HR) department!
This diverse role will assist in many aspects of Human Resources including recruitment and hiring processes, performance management and benefits. It will also include assisting our onsite Meeting Planning team as needed. This motivated, new member will gain an understanding of the roles that Human Resources and Meeting Planning play within a global, pharmaceutical company and will gain skills that they can apply to a professional setting.
The ideal candidate has a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude and is a motivated team player who has a desire to learn and contribute to a growing organization.
This position will also staff the Shionogi Welcome Desk, greeting visitors and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The hours for this role are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Attendance is of utmost importance.
