This position is responsible for providing switchboard support for all of the Charter Corporate locations and supporting duties to the organization as needed. Could provide administrative services to staffs by copying documents or working on corporate documents. Responsible for updating switchboard manual as needed. Always maintains a high level of customer service
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Ensure that office equipment is operational and properly maintained. Trouble-shoot problems as needed
Respond to building occupants on trouble calls
Contact service companies for repair as needed
Complete daily and weekly facility related tasks and duties such as switchboard/receptionist, mailroom clerk, clerical assistant and etc.
Complete special support projects as necessary
Provide consistent and effective level of service to building occupants
Escort tradespersons and vendors for repair and/or installation of equipment
Provide coding and tracking of facility department invoices
Assist in setup for company functions
Maintain conference rooms and training rooms throughout facility
Conduct daily inspections of conference rooms and training rooms; correct items as necessary
Create I.D. and parking badges
Monitor and administering building access
Perform other duties as requested
