We are looking for a Business Project Leader for an SAP implementation. A successful candidate will work with our Plant Manager to lead a cross-functional team (19 people) to implement SAP, while designing and updating business and manufacturing control processes.

Be part of our transformative business initiative implementing SAP as the enterprise resource planning system for the site.

This is a temporary role located at our Plymouth, MN site. ROLE RESPONSIBILITY

* Drive the site's SAP local implementation and recruit Local Implementation Team (LIT) members

* Track and report on LIT progress, drive results, promote enthusiasm, resolve conflicts and issues

* Communicate with the Steering Committee, the Business Unit and all stakeholders on project progress

* Work with the overall SAP Team Project Manager to manage the plan and communicate issues

* Develop and approve each deliverable for the final goal and the recommended process to achieve the goal

* Work with LIT, business functional manager and Organization Change Manager (OCM) Lead to define job changes due to process changes and impact on business

* Develop, approve, and present specific guidelines on DTOs and on PIT preparation, execution, and evaluation

* Provide information on scenario development and process analysis

* Define the testing requirements and dates for testing in conjunction with the Project Manager and Testing Lead

* Arrange for space, equipment (computers, printers, tables, chairs, whiteboards, telephones, projector, etc.), and resources for training and PITs

* Schedule End User training in conjunction with Training Lead

* Support post go live hypercare period and transition to business as usual activity
