The leader of our Inside Cloud Sales team will have primary responsibility to lead a team of ~10 Inside Sales resources for all NEC cloud (UNIVERGE Blue) products and services. This role will interact directly with all levels of management on customer accounts. The Sales Manager role at NEC requires excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills to lead a team of Inside Sales team members uncovering opportunities, assessing customer requirements, hosting discovery sessions, presenting demonstrations of NEC’s technologies, and qualifying opportunities. You will also engage closely with NEC’s top-level executive leadership providing insight and analysis on the elements of the business which are driving towards the Company’s business objectives. As a leader of the sales team, you will also work to ensure the constant advancement of the team’s skills and knowledge while at the same time, ensuring the team has the proper mindset, focus and motivation to be successful.
