Job Description:

The Director of Corporate Research & Insights is primarily responsible for leading the planning, execution and analysis of Enterprise-wide qualitative and quantitative market research projects. This newly created role position will manage research projects from design all the way to insights sharing for multiple Centers of Excellence at Equifax. This role is based in Atlanta and reports to the Vice President of Customer Experience & Insights for the company.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the planning, execution and analysis of Enterprise-wide qualitative and quantitative market research projects including brand studies, message testing, thought leadership, pricing, post-event feedback, employee feedback, and more

  • Identify enterprise-wide and Center of Excellence (COE) research opportunities and create a research plan / agenda to sequence a constant stream of robust insights within Equifax

  • Design, program, and deploy internal and external surveys in Qualtrics (our enterprise-wide research and experience management platform)

  • Conduct in-depth analysis in Stats iQ, Text iQ, and Predict iQ within Qualtrics

  • Design and build interactive dashboards in Qualtrics to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders on projects

  • Create high-impact deliverables showcasing findings, recommendations, and next steps

  • Manage external market research vendors and partners as necessary

  • Serve as a corporate administrator for Qualtrics and help ensure success of users across our global footprint

  • The position works across a complex, cross-functional matrix organization. 

               

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s Degree preferred

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in market research, insights, consulting, strategy or related roles (client-side and/or supplier side)

  • Substantial experience with Qualtrics strongly preferred

  • Previous experience in business-to-business environment preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience communicating and influencing with all levels of an organization

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Ability to prioritize and align work with the priorities of the company

  • Proven ability to manage, coordinate and collaborate with all levels of an organization

  • Highly proactive; has a sense of curiosity and urgency

  • Ability to travel 0-10%
