Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years facility maintenance experience and reliable transportation. On the job training is available. Candidates will be expected to help with work orders, make ready, painting, grounds maintenance, and other jobs as they present themselves. The position is part time and the schedule will be determined on site. EOE.
