Job Description:


Position is responsible for the implementation and tactical execution of the company regional sales strategies. Position manages all aspects of field sales including residential door-to-door acquisition and execution of third party sales channels including affinity programs, real estate agents and leasing agents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

* Develops and implements competitive sales strategies to meet sales objectives including customer penetration and revenue-per-customer goals
* Supervises and manages activities of Residential Sales Supervisors, and supports staff, including training, time off tracking and payroll procedures
* Monitors the performance of Residential sales teams as it relates to the region's sales and revenue goals and takes corrective action as required
* Provides primary interface with other regional and corporate sales/marketing staff
* Establishes and maintains tracking and reporting methods to effectively manage the strategies and operations of the sales department
* Determines market potential for company's services and prepares sales and expense forecasts for the region
* Creates and implements regional incentive programs as necessary to meet company objectives
* Participates in development of, and adherence to, annual budget objectives
* Represents company in a professional manner at public events and franchise meetings
* Manages third party sales channels
* Other duties as assigned

Related Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or five to seven years of related sales management experience in the communications industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Must be highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented and able to multi-task under pressure
* Ability to work beyond normal business hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary
* Ability to present thoughts, ideas and data verbally and in written form in clear, concise manner.
* Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively with customers
* Ability to author a variety of service contracts, easement and sub-contractor agreements

-Computer Skills:

* Requires thorough working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
* Requires basic working knowledge of MS Project, MS Access and MS Powerpoint
