  • Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. (BPMI) is hiring an IT Systems Integration Analyst for our office in Monroeville, Pennsylvania.


  • Integrate and test network and communication hardware and software per security policies.
  • Research, develop, modify, test, and deploy COTS software and custom software applications.
  • Conduct independent verification of operating and troubleshooting procedures to ensure system is in compliance with approved IT and security plans.
  • Assign and control user privileges/permissions in support of account management.
  • Establish and enforce data protection, including data at rest protection with full disk encryption.
  • Develop/maintain data backup systems and data recovery methods, including system images.
  • Implement Risk Management Framework as defined by NIST 800-37: Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems.
  • Interface with users, develop projects and integrative solutions to support functional work.
  • Develop and provide training and support to system users.


Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent from an accredited college or university and relevant user support experience.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to government security clearance requirements. In order to work at BPMI, applicants must complete a Federal background investigation and be granted a security clearance.

Experience/Skill Requirements:
  • Experience deploying and administering the Microsoft Windows Client and Server Operating Systems.
  • Experience managing hardware configuration, firmware, and software security patches.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Domains, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with configuring cybersecurity protocols, network firewalls, and preventing security vulnerabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability of effective written and oral communication skills and creative problem solving capabilities is strongly desired.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
  • At least four years of IT experience.
  • Professional certification such as: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA), or similar certifications
  • Experience configuring and managing systems with full disk encryption.
  • Experience with administration of Microsoft SQL Server and network communication architecture.
  • Experience in SQL, VB Script, VMWare, .NET, and PowerShell.
  • Project management experience/skills.
