Converting Cell Operator - 3rd shift - $1,000 Sign on Bonus; $17/hr + 1.50 shift differential


  • Ensures that all processes are followed according to job routers, process specifications, engineering change orders (ECO’s), & standard work procedures in a safe operating manner. When in doubt, stops & asks cell coordinator, shift lead or manager for assistance.

  • Ensures that all required quality testing gets completed within product specification & documented appropriately with the actual test results reading.

  • Performs & records all transactions & Labor Reporting accurately.

  • Uses the inventory tracking tools appropriately & labels all products to the process specifications. Transacts inventory before physical process action. “Transacts before Acts.”

  • Brings inventory discrepancies forward to coordinator, lead or manager & helps investigate & resolve.

  • Reports all non-conforming products to coordinator, lead or manager. Provides input in filling out the NCR form for all non-conforming materials & places material in the assigned non-conforming materials area.


  • Able to work with and around hazardous materials, chemicals, heights, odors, noise and equipment.

  • Able to life 50 pounds, frequently move around and work on feet for most of the day.

  • Occasionally sit, view a computer screen, and type on a keyboard for extended periods of times. Verbally communicate one-on-one and in front of groups.

  • Occasionally write by hand and/or type on a keyboard for periods of times.
